Let the emotion show up in your body.
Let it sink in. Let it move around a bit. Breathe it in.
It won’t be as big of a deal as you thought it would be.
Sure it might make your heart race, your breathing increase, your hand’s sweat.
That’s really it.
Feeling an emotion can’t harm us.
What if you allowed the emotions to stay as long as they stayed? No rush to remove them.
What if feeling the emotion just meant you were 100% normal?
Emotions don’t need to be an obstacle to doing what you want to do.
Welcome the emotions in. Feel them and then let them go.
